Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

Eileen Hennessy is driven by her true love of people and relentless passion for helping even the most discriminating buyer find a home that suits their needs, price and lifestyle. She is deeply gratified using her expertise in whatever way possible to ensure that her clients are happy and their needs met.

Her commitment to her work stems from her understanding that a person’s home is not only a major investment, but a key contributing source of happiness and relaxation. She does not take her duty lightly in identifying the right neighborhood, building and apartment that is “a comforting and natural extension” of each client’s unique personality.

Eileen has won numerous awards since entering the Real Estate field ranging from Rookie of the Year to Million Dollar Club. Has orchestrated multi-million-dollar high-end renovations, from fully-gutted city apartments to luxury homes with Olympic-size pools and manicured gardens, maximizing her clients’ investments with exquisite cache and taste. She has also accumulated relocation experience, with a clear and complete understanding of each requirement and milestone involved.

To those who know her, Eileen’s success is no surprise. Patient and meticulous, she combines a strong business and financial background with a creative sensibility that enables her to not only see things practically, but also think outside the box. Having served as a corporate vice president of operations, Eileen is well accustomed to the strict attention to detail and surgical precision towards deadlines that each deal requires. As former executive senior vice president of marketing and design for a fashion apparel company responsible for leading iconic brands, she is an expert at spotting value, spearheading deals, and forecasting future needs and wants.

A native New Yorker, Eileen obtained her Marketing degree from NYC Fashion Institute and subsequently received the SUNY “Hall of Fame” Award. She has lived on both the east and west sides of town, giving her a unique perspective on the city’s wonderfully diverse neighborhoods. This active city dweller also enjoys giving back to others through volunteer work, particularly helping those who struggle with cancer – a cause for which she received the Mayor’s Humanitarian award. Other favorite pastimes include live music, travel, yoga, tennis, running and cycling. Her achievement as a first-place female in the Central Park Sprint Triathlon certainly proves that Eileen also has the energy and motivation to find the right apartment for you, now at Prudential Douglas Elliman!
